Paycom Center is seeking a Part-Time Back of House Conversions Crew member to support event preparations, conversions, and post-event reset. You will assist with moving equipment, setting up venues, and storage, following SOPs, safety policies, and teamwork with Operations staff.

This role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on reliability and safety. Previous experience in event operations or hospitality is preferred, and training on equipment will

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in event operations, warehouse operations, facilities, hospitality, construction, or a similar field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with event conversions, including setup and breakdown of spaces.
• Move and position tables, chairs, barricades, and other event-related materials.
• Load, unload, transport, and store equipment and materials.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment after training.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies during setup and removal.
• Maintain organized storage and work areas.
• Report damaged equipment and safety concerns to management.
• Support overnight and extended-hour conversions as needed.
