Job summary

Legends Global in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Day Shift Arena Operations Staff member to support daily operations, maintenance, preparation, and readiness of the facility. The role assists the Operations Department with building inspections, event setup, equipment movement, housekeeping coordination, and project work.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in arena operations, facilities, event operations, warehouse operations, hospitality, construction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily building operations and facility readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance, safety, housekeeping, or operational concerns.
• Assist with event setup, seating, floor protection, staging, and equipment.
• Move, organize, and store tables, chairs, equipment, and other assets.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment with proper training.
• Maintain clean and organized back-of-house areas and storage.
