Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Part-Time Day Shift Arena Operations Staff member to support daily building operations and event readiness. You will assist with inspections, event prep, equipment movement, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a safe, clean, and prepared arena.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with day shifts and potential early mornings or evenings based on events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in arena operations, facilities, event operations, warehouse operations, hospitality, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily building operations and facility readiness.
• Conduct inspections, report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns.
• Prepare facility for upcoming events and activities.
• Move and organize equipment and assets.
• Support event setup and teardown.
• Maintain organized storage areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with inventory control and work orders.
• Support preventive maintenance and facility projects.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain appearance and readiness of operational areas.
• Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks with proper training.
• Attend safety meetings and training.
