Qualifications

• Experience: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, ideally in high-traffic venues like stadiums, arenas, or large offices.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods; comfortable working in large, multi-level facilities.
• Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines (e.g., post-event turnovers).
• Availability: Flexible schedule to accommodate event-driven hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Arena Cleaning: Clean and sanitize seating areas, remove trash, debris, and spills after events.
• Office Cleaning: Dust desks, vacuum, mop, and sanitize office spaces.
• Event Preparation and Turnover: Prepare areas for events and perform rapid post-event cleaning.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols for chemicals and equipment and report hazards.
• Inventory and Equipment Maintenance: Restock supplies and maintain cleaning tools.
