Job summary

Dolly Partons Stampede Dinner Attraction is seeking a Saloon Waitstaff member to deliver beverages, light bites, and hospitality in a lively, family-friendly setting. You will take orders, serve drinks, assist with saloon setup, and engage guests to ensure a memorable pre-show experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing orders, verifying ages for alcohol, delivering beverages, and maintaining a pristine service area while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with valid drivers license (if required)
• Knowledge of state/local alcohol service regulations
• Impeccable customer service with a welcoming attitude
• Proven reliability handling payments and receipts
• Strong communication with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: warmly greet guests and engage in positive interactions
• Order Processing: take accurate drink/food orders and handle payments
• Age Verification: verify customers' ages before serving alcohol
• Beverage & Snack Delivery: promptly serve drinks and saloon refreshments
• Saloon Maintenance: set up/clear/clean tables and service stations
• Policy Enforcement: uphold responsible alcohol service and guest safety
