Dolly Parton’s Stampede in Pigeon Forge is seeking a dedicated Arena Department Manager to oversee all aspects of the arena operations. This role requires supervising 50–75 employees, maintaining high guest service standards, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a top-tier entertainment experience.

Qualifications include a two-year certificate (or equivalent experience) and Serv Safe certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 50-75 employees in the Arena department.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Ensure consistently excellent customer service and safe-quality food and beverages.
• Develop and monitor budget variances for the Arena department.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, On Site Sales, Production, and Merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with customer service and safety procedures.
