Job summary

UW-Superior is seeking a Facility Attendant I to support arena operations, customer service, and event logistics. Qualified candidates are UW-Superior students, with Work Study preferred. Flexibility for home game events and large rentals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a current UW–Superior student.
• Preference given to Work Study students, but non-Work Study hires are possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce Campus Recreation policies.
• Verify access by checking IDs during open hours.
• Check in/out equipment using Innosoft Fusion.
• Assist at concessions during home events and large rentals.
• Greet customers and provide information about campus programs.
• Answer phone calls and support student office needs.
• Operate Innosoft Fusion POS and reservation system.
• Assist with event setup, cleanup, and maintenance.
