Job summary

The role supports facility upkeep, rentals, and event assistance while working a flexible schedule tied to events, including nights and weekends. Candidates should be reliable, safety‑minded, and comfortable in a dynamic arena environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Proficiency with computers, copiers, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale system and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet customers and provide accurate information about the facility.
• Scan tickets for CC Hockey games.
• Assist with skate inventory rental and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lounges, benches, locker rooms.
• Provide arena tours as needed.
• Assist with events held in the arena.
