Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman license with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical Codes and NFPA Codes.
• Ability to troubleshoot major and minor electrical issues.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with electrical and electronic equipment diagnostics.
• Strong supervision and training capabilities.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day electrical operations and fulfill event electrical requests.
• Maintain electrical panels, lighting equipment, and monitoring of generators.
• Assist with boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and related equipment via inspections.
• Pull fiber and CAT cabling; terminate CAT5/6 and patch networks.
• Plan and participate in preventive maintenance for arena systems.
• Train part-time staff and assign tasks.
• Assist with fire alarm installation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and engineers to stay current on equipment.
