Qualifications

• Journeyman license with minimum 5 years experience
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical and NFPA codes
• Ability to troubleshoot complex and simple electrical issues
• Strong computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to train and supervise part-time staff

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical equipment, lighting, and related systems for the arena complex
• Inspect and service electrical panels, lighting, and generators
• Assist with boilers, chillers, air handling units, and fire systems
• Pull fiber and CAT cabling; terminate and patch networks
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for all electrical systems
• Train and supervise part-time employees; assign duties
• Assist with fire alarm installation and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with manufacturers and engineers for equipment upgrades
• Order inventory and prepare equipment specifications
• Ensure compliance with electrical and fire codes
