Legends Global in California’s Toyota Arena seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead custodial operations for concerts, sports and family shows. Under the Director of Facility Operations, you’ll recruit, train, and schedule a large team of custodians, manage labor budgets, and control chemical inventories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three or more years of housekeeping management experience.
• One to two years of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of Venue Events experience (arena, stadium, convention center).
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure comfort and safety of guests and achieve business goals.
• Create a safe and engaging environment for guests and staff.
• Lead a diverse team by modeling, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Ensure financial goals through budget development and oversight.
• Protect brand and assets by ensuring programs are smoothly implemented and compliant.
• Schedule staff according to event requirements.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and liaise with vendors for product evaluation.
• Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness and readiness for events.
