Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years housekeeping management experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years Venue Events Experience (Arena, Stadium, Convention Center).
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure guest comfort and safety while meeting business goals.
• Create a safe and engaging environment for guests and staff.
• Lead and coach staff through employment lifecycle, ensuring quality service.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and inventory to support events.
• Schedule staff according to event requirements and ensure cleanliness across the venue.
