Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead janitorial and housekeeping operations for a major venue in Northern California. You will manage a diverse, unionized staff and partner with venue leadership to deliver high-quality service during games, concerts, and events.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong client relations, and a track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced facilities environments.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of progressive operations leadership.
• Experience in large sports venues or high-volume environments.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce.

• Plan and oversee daily housekeeping, event cleaning, and post-event cleaning.
• Develop staffing plans based on schedules and venue needs.
• Lead and manage union workforce with contract compliance and safety.
• Maintain client relations and provide timely updates on staffing and service delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure performance aligns with standards.
