Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Manager for Marshall Health Network Arena & Convention Center to lead planning, coordination and execution of assigned events. You will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, promoters, exhibitors and internal teams, ensuring contractual obligations and guest experiences meet standars.

• Experience planning and coordinating complex events.
• Strong ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent vendor and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept event handoffs from Sales and own planning and execution.
• Review contracts, orders, diagrams, and commitments for feasibility.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients, promoters, exhibitors, planners, tenants and vendors.
• Advance events and coordinate staffing, rentals, production, security, catering, and utilities.
• Produce CAD drawings and layouts for arena, ballroom, exhibit hall and meeting spaces.
• Coordinate room setups, registration areas, signage, layouts, and guest flow.
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure readiness, safety and compliance.
• Develop staffing plans and supervise event staff; provide on-site leadership.
• Coordinate with Box Office, Operations, F&B, Marketing, Finance and other departments.
