Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all types of flooring throughout the facility.
• Ensure that all areas remain free of trash.
• Maintain restrooms, dressing and locker rooms so that they are well kept, with tile surfaces dry and clean.
• Maintain all glass, steel, and office surfaces through dusting, cleaning and polishing.
• Be responsible for the proper storage of facility event equipment when not in use.
• Ensure that all emergency pathways are kept free and clear of obstructions.
• Keep housekeeping equipment and tools in working condition and notify the supervisor of any broken parts.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned and returned to their proper place when finished.
• Complete daily checklists to ensure the cleanliness and safety of patrons attending each event.
• Assist clients with requests during events.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve housekeeping operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to meet customer expectations.
• Work effectively as a team and with other building departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.
• Other duties may be assigned.
