Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Changeover Crew for its arena facilities in Allentown. The role involves converting arenas between events, performing facility maintenance, painting, trash removal, and related tasks. Heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and moving equipment are required.

The position pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and offers 401(k) savings and matching for part-time roles. Applicants should be prepared for extended hours, weekends, and holidays, with training for equipment

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to meet deadlines dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects frequently.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or scissor lifts; training and certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event conversion processes and setup/teardown of flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, and equipment.
• Respond to promoters' and clients' needs as directed.
• Work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and transport trash; replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with pre/post event cleaning (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming).
• Move around the facility, bend, lift, carry, climb, and work at various heights with PPE provided.
