Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in a high-volume foodservice environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven setting
• Proven leadership in managing staff and major projects or initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining safety and sanitation procedures and equipment upkeep
• Create working relationships with local health officials
• Manage monthly inventory and oversee scheduling supervisor team
• Complete weekly department payroll and enter tips
• Ensure unit compliance with regulations for sale of alcohol
• Oversee hiring and promotion of staff per Legends standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet contract terms
• Develop and preserve programs to ensure high quality of food and service
• Manage operational budget and monthly P&L reporting
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff
• Control labor and operating costs within budget
• Perform other related duties as required
