Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Concessions Attendant for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena & Pinewood. You will operate the concession stand, provide quality service to patrons, and follow our guest service standards and responsible alcohol service in all transactions.

The role requires moving between food prep, service areas, and event floors, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.
• Excellent guest service and grooming standards expected.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening procedures and food preparation as directed by supervision.
• Prepare food and beverages using proper sanitation guidelines.
• Be cost-conscious, avoid over-portioning, and record waste.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Clean equipment and follow closing instructions from supervision.
