Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Manager for the Ball Arena Denver, leading day-to-day concessions operations on the 2nd shift. You will ensure safe, efficient service, manage inventory, payroll and scheduling, and uphold regulatory compliance while driving revenue and quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with subcontractors to deliver premier guest experiences in a high-volume sports venue.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2–5 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice.
• Union experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing staff groups and major projects.
• Customer service oriented mindset with the ability to communicate professionally.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting policy and POS systems expected.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM Coalition Alcohol Certification.
• Experience with ABI, YellowDog, UKG/UltiPro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service while maintaining safety and sanitation procedures and liaise with local health officials.
• Monthly inventory for concessions operation; experience with Yellow Dog or similar systems preferred.
• Oversee Scheduling Supervisor team members.
• Complete weekly department payroll and enter tips.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends alcohol regulations.
• Hire and promote staff per Legends standards; lead a team.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet contract terms.
• Develop and preserve programs to ensure high quality food and service.
• Manage operational budget and monthly P&L; ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and execute the concessions business plan.
• Control labor costs and operating supplies within budget.
• Perform other related duties as required.
