Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead for Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl in Lincoln, NE. This part-time role operates the concession stand, ensuring quality product and courteous service in line with our Guest Service Standards.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, input counts into POS, and help maintain food & beverage operations during events. Prior food service experience is preferred and strong guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and grooming standards.
• Able to complete pre-employment food and alcohol service training.
• Effective communication with coworkers and guests; able to take orders.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Legends Global/Savor policies and procedures.
• Counts inventory before and after events.
• Inputs inventory counts in the POS.
• Assigns associate duties.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings.
• Monitors production levels.
• Adheres to the ASM Global dress code.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
