Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation/Leisure Services or related field or eight years of equivalent experience.
• Two years of supervisory and two years of progressive facility operations experience.
• Demonstrated budget and cash management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff for arena and waterpark operations.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
• Develop marketing for rentals, programs and events; manage inventory and supplies.
