Job summary

The City of Inver Grove Heights is seeking an Aquatics Program Supervisor to develop, implement, and supervise a comprehensive aquatic program at the Veterans Memorial Community Center.

This role leads aquatics staff, schedules activities and rentals, markets programs, and manages the budget, revenues, and expenditures, while maintaining positive relationships with staff and the public and working effectively both independently and in teams.

The City of Inver Grove Heights is accepting applications for an Aquatics Program Supervisor.

The Aquatics Program Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising a comprehensive aquatics program at the Veterans Memorial Community Center. Duties include supervising aquatics staff; scheduling and planning aquatic activities, events, and rentals, marketing aquatic programs; and managing the aquatics budget, revenues, and expenditures.

The Aquatics Program Supervisor must have the ability to maintain a positive and effecting working relationship with other employees and the public, and to work both independently and in a team-based environment. Must have thoughtful and effective problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
