Agape Care Group is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development in Oklahoma to lead sales and referral development for the state. You will direct the sales strategy, manage budgets, and drive profit while maintaining exceptional patient care within a cost-conscious framework.

As a senior leader, you will guide the sales team, collaborate with operating units, and leverage professional networks to expand Agape Care’s hospice and palliative care reach across the region.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families, with a passion for high-quality care.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15 years of proven marketing and managerial experience; 5 years in clinical care/home health/hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive business development and referrals for the state territory.
• Direct sales efforts and implement strategic and operational plans.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and set sales objectives and profit targets.
• Ensure high-quality patient care delivery while optimizing cost efficiency.
