Adoration Health is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development to lead growth across the Nashville area. You will guide market analysis, develop partnerships, and oversee a team of account managers to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in hospice/home health business development, strategic planning, and proven leadership across multiple locations. Collaboration with executive teams and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Ten years experience in hospice and/or home health business development.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Experience collaborating with executive, sales, product development and operations teams.
• Strong network aligned to target client base.
• Track record in building new business and growing accounts.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with remote teams in multiple locations.
• Excellent presentation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Home Health business in the assigned area.
• Direct the area business development team and coordinate with RVP of Business Development.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budgeted volume projections.
• Manage and mentor the area business development team and referral sources.
• Negotiate contracts with agencies, funding sources, and payers.
• Report plans and progress to division President and CEO.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train direct reports.
