Formación

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in waste management or environmental services.
• Full P&L responsibility with budgeting and financial management experience.
• Proven executive leadership and strategic growth track record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual business planning including safety, costs, capital, productivity, and growth targets.
• Oversee ES logistics, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Allocate capital and set pricing strategy for services.
• Direct market growth and expansion, including government contracts and acquisitions.
• Ensure governance and compliance with laws and company policies.
