GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Vice President to oversee our Northern US Environmental Services division.

You will manage 25+ locations across several states, driving operational excellence, strategic waste stream management, and transportation logistics to meet profitability goals. The role requires seven or more years of leadership in environmental services with strong P&L accountability, budgeting, and strategic expansion experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in waste management/environmental services.
• Full P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.

Mansioni

• Lead 25+ locations across multiple states to achieve profitability and safety goals.
• Develop annual business plans including safety goals, costs, productivity, capital needs, and growth targets.
• Oversee ES logistics, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive market growth through sales programs, government contracts, acquisitions and expansion.
