Qualifications

• College graduate with emphasis in Business Administration or Marketing; 10+ years in relevant work experience.
• Experience in the AV, IT, Telecom or technology environment.
• Experience building and managing successful sales teams with growth in target markets.
• Strong Financial and P&L management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct others with sound business decisions.
• Results-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills.
