We are actively seeking an experienced SaaS sales leader responsible for refining and executing the Go-to-Market plan, building a team, and driving enterprise deals to closure while ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their investment. Position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing. The role is remote-first, with a preference for West Coast candidates, and requires travel to customer sites, RegScale offices, and industry events. We recognize sales as vital to our success and offer a competitive OTE with significant stock options to attract top talent focused on customer delight. Activities:

  1. Recruit, enable, and actively lead a team of AE’s to build pipeline and close new ARR.
  2. Accurately forecast and deliver results against the territory plan; collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Finance as part of the leadership team.
  3. Build and execute Go-to-Market plan for private sector accounts. Work closely with Customer Success to ensure platform adoption and execute land-and-expand strategies.
  4. Leverage technology, reseller, and integration partners to generate pipeline and close business rapidly, delivering value to customers.
  5. Help shape future product roadmap by establishing strategic relationships with prospects and customers, working closely with product teams to prioritize capabilities.
  6. Collaborate with RegScale ELT to drive the company’s Go-to-Market strategy.

Proven Capabilities:

  • Consistent success in building teams and exceeding quotas with high participation.
  • Proven ability to hire and enable top performers repeatedly.
  • Strong customer focus supported by referenceable clients.
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing infrastructure and security/compliance challenges of modern enterprises.
  • Experience in a Security and/or Compliance startup environment.
  • Proven track record working cooperatively within a partner ecosystem.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across large geographical areas.
  • Hardworking, committed to building the business and reaping rewards.
  • Ability to develop strategies, implement initiatives, and track success.
  • Flexible and agile in responding to changing priorities and leading through change.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior (C-level) executives.
  • Strong operational skills with a track record of achieving outcomes.
  • Responsive to escalated customer issues with urgency.

Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of top SaaS/Enterprise Cyber Software Sales experience.
  • 3+ years of first-line enterprise sales team leadership in SaaS/Enterprise Software.
  • Established network of CISO & security contacts in Fortune 500 companies.
  • Operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning.
  • Ethical with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen, pass background checks, and be open to random drug testing.
  • Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
