Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store Associates and Stockroom Leads to meet standards.
• Open/close store and manage operations when on duty.
• Maintain safe shopping environment and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, stockroom cleanliness and back-stock control.
• Oversee Front End procedures, cashier operations, and loss prevention.
• Perform payroll, scheduling, and other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
