Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise operational processes to Company standards.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and in the store.
• Lead Front End operations, train cashiers, and manage break schedules.
• Assist with merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention initiatives.
