Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates in the absence of the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes in assigned area.
• Lead Front End operations to keep lines moving and trains staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
