GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership responsible for a specific area of the Store and the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty. They are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, maintaining a friendly shopping environment, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and maintaining a clean work area. They also execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Ability to use store equipment, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop, and occasionally lift over 25 lbs. Specific requirements apply to stockroom shifts.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The base pay range is $16.50 - $17.00, dependent on experience and location. Benefits include insurance programs, discounts, 401K, employee assistance, and more, with additional benefits for full-time roles.
