Job summary

Fohandboh is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead all aspects of our restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will motivate staff to deliver excellent service, manage profitability, and uphold quality standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

As Area Manager, you will supervise multiple locations, review sales performance, enforce sanitation and safety, and develop teams to expertly handle peak times while delivering pleasant dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Determine ways to increase profitability through maximizing sales and minimizing costs
• Review monthly sales goals and provide updates, asking for support when needed
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, providing guidance as needed
