Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an Area Superintendent to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost while leading field teams and coordinating with owners, engineers, and trade partners.

The role emphasizes developing foremen, managing plans, and ensuring contractual compliance, with experience in heavy industrial construction and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and lead project teams.
• Experience guiding foremen and craft partners.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• STSC trained.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a culture of safety and quality to foremen and trade partners.
• Develops and mentors foremen and craft teams.
• Guides field engineering for survey and layout needs and schedules.
• Assists project superintendent with schedule development using pull plans and Last Planner.
• Prepares work plans and reviews plans with Field Engineer and Foreman.
• Ensures accurate reports and documentation (timesheets, daily reports, safety/quality forms).
• Leads QC processes coordination for assigned projects.
• Participates in daily and weekly project meetings.
