Job summary

Jobot seeks an Area Superintendent to oversee field operations for ground-up luxury multifamily and high-rise projects in Central Florida. You will partner with the Lead Superintendent to drive safety, schedule adherence, and top-quality execution.

Candidates should have 4+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, be skilled at coordinating subcontractors, reading drawings, and enforcing OSHA. We offer competitive pay, a vehicle option, strong benefits, and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete preferred.
• Strong scheduling and ability to interpret drawings.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance required.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Superintendent with daily field ops on high-rise multifamily project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor daily activities.
• Maintain project schedule and identify delays.
• Conduct daily site walks for quality control.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and policies.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and inspectors.
• Review drawings and flag field conflicts.
• Prepare daily reports, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout docs.
• Ensure materials and manpower are available to progress.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership.
