Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead store programs to maximize revenue and meet goals.
• Run daily operations when Store Team Leader is absent.
• Reconcile daily funds per closing procedures.
• Oversee freight flow and backroom organization.
• Maintain inventory levels with Store Leader.
• Ensure product placement and merchandising standards.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Utilize technology tools for scheduling, LMS, and data systems.
