Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Team Leader for our Chatham, MA location. This on-site, full-time role leads all store operations, merchandising, staffing, and P&L accountability while developing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

Responsabilités

• Promote store strategic vision and drive profits through leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop all store associates and maintain staffing needs.
• Develop reporting store leaders for future opportunities.
• Ensure store presentation complies with merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with Buyers and comply with operational policies.
• Monitor customer service quality and align with expectations.
• Maintain a knowledgeable store organization and strong leadership team.
• Coordinate with HR and District leadership for support.
