Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority and report unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Supervise Associates and ensure a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Execute Company Best Practices and supervise Front End operations.
• Manage merchandising, stockroom organization and back-stock security.
• Assist with payroll administration including scheduling as needed.
