Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Provide front end supervision and ensure associates follow company standards.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
• Assist with loss prevention and floor moves as required.
• Administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
