Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is hiring an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand at one of our operational sites in Milano.

The role is practical and hands-on, focusing on safety, productivity, and daily operations. You will analyze performance data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes while building a strong team culture and ensuring excellent customer service.

Formación

• University degree completed before start date or within last 24 months.
• Advanced written and spoken English and local language.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders in a logistics environment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity; meet business objectives across all shifts.
• Lead a team and perform administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
