Securitas USA is seeking a Training Coordinator to organize and deliver training programs for Security Officers and other staff across the assigned Area. The role ensures compliance with mandatory licensing, contractual, and company training requirements.

You will train employees, conduct new-hire orientation, and coordinate schedules, using diverse instructional methods while maintaining accurate training records and reports.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work legally in the United States.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English, and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Trains employees and job candidates within assigned Area; conducts new employee orientation, mandatory licensing training, on-the-job training, and health and safety training.
• Ensures training compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company requirements; documents training for licensing and client contracts.
• Works with managers to determine training needs and schedules; coordinates activities to avoid conflicts with client service schedules.
• Utilizes instructional methods such as lectures, demonstrations, role playing, and computer-based training; organizes training materials and records.
