Securitas USA seeks a Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver security training across the assigned Area, ensuring compliance with legally mandated and client requirements. You will manage scheduling, equipment, and materials for orientations, licensing, and safety programs.

Responsibilities include determining training needs with managers, documenting progress, and delivering sessions using varied methods, while maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsabilités

• Trains employees and job candidates within assigned Area; conducts orientation, licensing training, on-the-job training, and health/safety training.
• Ensures compliance with mandated training requirements and documents licensing-related training.
• Confers with managers to determine training needs and schedules.
• Coordinates training activities to fit client service schedules.
• Utilizes various instructional methods and maintains training materials.
• Maintains records and prepares reports on training performance.

Formation

Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in the security industry
