Allied Universal is seeking a Security Area Director in Greenville, NC. This role oversees day-to-day operations for an assigned client portfolio and serves as the main client contact, with proactive issue resolution and site visits.

Travel up to 70% to Lewiston, NC is required. The position requires at least 3 years in security management, a high school diploma (or five years of work history), strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or five years of work history in any field.
• Minimum of three years of security management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to utilize office management technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for the assigned customer; conduct regular face-to-face interaction and proactive issue resolution.
• Address service-related items, staffing concerns, and compliance with company programs.
• Ensure post orders, training, licensing, and staff policies are up to date.
• Oversee staff coaching, discipline, and employee relations policies.
• Assist leadership in staffing, training, and project execution.
• Participate in startup activities for new accounts and transitions.
• Attend regional management meetings and contribute to improvements.
