Job summary

The McPherson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Area Sales Representative to nurture customer relationships, identify leads, and act as a liaison between customers and our Operations team in Bay Minette, Alabama.

You will generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support account maintenance within an assigned territory. You will travel locally as needed, schedule calls, prepare quotes, and present solutions to clients while adhering to our standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with strong communication and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in field environment is desirable.
• Ability to work independently within defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with assigned client base and build trust.
• Act as liaison between customers and Operations/Customer Experience teams.
• Generate leads and follow up on online, phone, and referred leads; record in CRM.
