About the job Area Sales Manager - Long Island

Position: Area Sales Manager - Long Island, NY

Compensation and Benefits: The salary is $75K base with a first-year OTE of $250K+ ($2.5M quota), complemented by a competitive market-based salary. The company offers opportunities to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, profit-sharing bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

Position Summary: The client seeks a results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover all of Long Island, preferably residing in Nassau County.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales of all products within the designated territory and achieving sales targets.
  • Prospecting, delivering customer presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
  • Planning and executing strategies to increase sales.
  • Conducting marketing research and managing the territory effectively.
  • Handling post-sale customer issues.
  • Collaborating with Field Service and other corporate departments.
