As our customer base expands and demand for tailored technical solutions continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our North American commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term partnerships, promote cutting-edge technologies, and directly impact our growth in a dynamic, fast-paced market.

This is a remote role with travel throughout the U.S. and Canada – no relocation required.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ success by:

• Develop new business opportunities within the packaging and converting industries
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the territory
• Provide technical sales support and propose tailored equipment solutions
• Work cross-functionally with service, engineering, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend trade shows, customer trials, and industry events
• Analyze market trends and support strategic commercial initiatives

What You Bring

We’re seeking a consultative, self-driven professional with a strong technical mindset:

• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience (B2B manufacturing preferred)
• Proven track record of growing sales and expanding accounts
• Background in flexible packaging, converting equipment, or industrial machinery (a plus)
• Familiarity with laminating, coating, or materials used in flexible packaging (preferred, not required)
• Ability to understand customer operations and offer problem-solving solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with solid planning and reporting capabilities
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
