Bundoran Group is seeking experienced Area Sales Managers for remote, territory-based roles across the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. You will own defined territories, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and drive revenue through new and existing accounts with SaaS, software, hardware and services.
The role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management. Travel approx. 20-30% to client sites is required.
What happens when a concrete delivery arrives at a major construction project with the wrong mixture? Or when a materials producer struggles to coordinate production, trucks, deliveries, and jobsite requirements?
The result can be costly delays, wasted materials, and expensive rework.
We're partnering with an established, market-leading construction technology company that's transforming how the heavy building materials industry operates.
With approximately $150M in annual revenue and a significant market presence, this company provides integrated software, IoT sensors, GPS, telematics, and operational management solutions that help concrete, aggregate, and asphalt producers run more efficiently.
Their technology connects the entire operation, from production and quality control to fleet management, dispatch, scheduling, ordering, and back-office operations.
We’re hiring 3 Area Sales Managers who want to own a territory, build meaningful customer relationships, and sell solutions that make a measurable difference.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sell exclusively over Zoom. We're looking for sales professionals who enjoy getting in front of customers, understanding their businesses, and solving operational challenges.
As an Area Sales Manager, you'll own a defined geographic territory with an established customer base and significant new-business opportunities.
You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Unlike roles focused exclusively on hunting new logos, this position provides multiple opportunities to generate revenue through new customer acquisition, existing account expansion, and renewals.
You'll sell a portfolio of SaaS, enterprise software, hardware, and services to companies operating in construction and heavy building materials.
We're seeking experienced, consultative sales professionals who combine strong relationship-building skills with disciplined sales execution.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have sold into construction, industrial, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industries.
Experience with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, or similar frameworks is especially relevant.
Join a company with approximately $150M in annual revenue and a substantial footprint in the heavy building materials industry.
Each territory includes an established customer base, giving you opportunities to develop relationships, expand accounts, and pursue new business.
You’ll have the ability to generate revenue through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and renewals.
This technology helps businesses improve production accuracy, reduce inefficiencies, coordinate fleets, streamline workflows, and make better operational decisions.
If you enjoy visiting customers, learning how their businesses operate, and becoming a trusted advisor, this role offers that opportunity.
The sales leadership team is emphasizing structured sales methodologies, repeatable processes, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent execution.
