Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the restroom and toilet partition industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction and interior solutions, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop effective strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restroom partition and washroom accessories market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and product pitches to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with brand and product vision.
  • Track project pipelines, sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.


Requirements:
