Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team, preferably based near Houston, Texas, with options for remote work for residents of other listed states. The role involves deploying Gutor's global strategy, developing market opportunities, and ensuring top-tier customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct technical and sales presentations.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for various project stages.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Monitor market trends and competition to adapt sales tactics.
• Use reporting tools for tracking and data management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Degree
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum 1 year in Power Generation or Oil & Gas industry
• Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment

Position Details

• Full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
