Southern States is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to support Area Sales Managers in the Switch Division. You will handle the day-to-day needs of customers, track orders from quote to delivery, and ensure satisfaction by maintaining clear information flow between customers and Reps.

Responsibilities include processing emails, entering quotes in Salesforce, verifying Purchase Orders, communicating HCIs/HCAs between Engineering and customers, and providing regular reports to customers.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or inside sales required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Proficient with standard MS Office applications and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Process emails from Reps and customers and track orders.
• Provide quotes and enter data into Salesforce and folders.
• Verify Purchase Orders and ensure accurate order entry.
• Communicate information requests between Engineering, Reps, and customers.
• Monitor drawings approvals and liaise with Engineering, Production and Shipping.
• Generate customer reports and assist with invoicing as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in conference calls.
